MANUFACTURING LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

If you are a graduate in Engineering (technical background - engineering) with no more than 2 years of experience. You speak and write fluent English (strong B2/C1/C2). You have strong interpersonal skills and a talent for leadership. You have a large capacity to adapt quickly and are looking for new challenges. You are flexible, mobile and thinking of future work abroad.

Your profile: :

The 18 month Manufacturing Leadership Development Program has the purpose to grow manufacturing talents within Kompania Piwowarska SA and support the SABMiller Group talent pipeline. You will have a perspective to gain broad knowledge participating in assignments in each of the production departments: Technical, Brewing, Packaging, Quality Assurance. You will also have a unique opportunity to seek for improvements in the whole production chain. To support your individual development each part of the training will be supported by feedback and individual coaching.
